Some 6+2pin power cables may not fully fit into Radeon RX 7600 reference card
Reviewers report that some cables may not fit AMD's reference card.

The issue affects only some power cables, and it is not hard to notice. As it is reported, some power cables may have trouble fitting into the connector slot due to the design of the reference model. This is caused by the backplate cover extending too far, which may block a small bump on some of these power cables.
What is important to note is that this problem only impacts 6+2-pin power cables, which are usually provided with power supplies. This issue should not impact native 8-pin power cables as those cables do not have any bumps, where 2 pins are attached.
TechPowerUP reports that this problem only affects 20% of the cables they have in the test lab. Igor'sLAB claims that some sleeved modded cables or those which come with NVIDIA PCAT (a tool used to measure power) may not fit. Native cables from Seasonic power supplies may be impacted as well.

The main thing to remember is to ensure that power cables are properly and fully inserted and if there is still a problem with the cables, use alternative cable, cable extenders or remove the backplate entirely (although this should affect the warranty).
This may appear like a small issue that only appears to affect some cables, there is no doubt that this is a clear oversight by AMD, who should know better that there are many types of cables. The least they could do is to add a power cable extender for this 115W TBP reference card. Importantly, this issue has not been reported on any custom model, it is purely due to the design of the reference card's backplate.
Worth noting that AMD is planning to sell its MBA (Made by AMD) reference card later. This is contrary to what was originally planned. The card is not yet available for sale though, but the official store lists it.
