STRONG — Two men suffered minor injuries Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Routes 54 and 61, known as the Strong Connector.
Mount Carmel Township Police Chief Brian Hollenbush reported Brandon Zarko, 29, of Mount Carmel, was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Cruz east on Route 54 at 9:54 a.m. when he attempted to turn left onto Route 61, but failed to yield the right-of-way to Route 54 westbound traffic. Hollenbush said Zarko's car collided with a 2019 Toyota RAV4 being driven west on Route 54 toward Natalie by Nicholas Zulick, 34, of Saint Clair.
